Eviction and Abandonment Protection

Sometimes landlords simply have no alternative but to evict non-performing tenants. It’s a costly job and can be time consuming if not handled properly. We are so confident in our ability to minimize this outcome for you that we are able to put our money where our mouth is.

In the event that your home falls subject to either eviction or abandonment, we will pay for the costs of:

  • Court filing fees.
  • Attorney’s fees.
  • Labor for removal of tenant’s personal items remaining on the premises.
  • Disposal of tenant’s personal items remaining on the premises.
  • Leasing fees pertaining to the replacement of the evicted tenant or the abandoning tenant.
  • Door lock changes.

Cost to you:  Only $30.00 per month, per unit managed, regardless of whether rents were collected from an occupying tenant.

To find out more about how we protect you from the risks of eviction or tenant abandonment, please contact us today.
