I’ve been in some form of the Real Estate Industry for over 30 years! Started with managing a Real Estate Attorney’s apartment community in Portland Oregon for 4 years then managed million-dollar condos on the river in downtown Portland. Having a child brought us back home to the south to be near family. Spent many years in multi-family/apartments, managing both new construction and managing multi-million-dollar rehabs.
In 2010 I decided I wanted to transfer to single home management, so off to school for me! I truly enjoy assisting homeowners, managing their home(s), procuring great long-term tenants, and increasing property values therefore revenue for the homeowner. Marketing is one of my specialties, I get a kick when I have a new listing and we get a dozen offers withing a few days for much more than the listing price, it is just such great fun! The flip side is being a “Buying” agent, helping people/families find their first or a new home. When they have found “the one” the joy and satisfaction they feel is overwhelming and contagious!
Graduated from Calhoun Junior College and University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham Alabama, majoring in Dental Assisting and Dental Hygiene. Too many courses to list regarding multi-family housing endorsed by Georgia Apartment Association. Obtained my Real Estate License in March of 2010 from GA MLS School of Real Estate.
